We currently have openings for the following positions:

Accountant (m/f)
•Verify and post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records for the local companies
•Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and year-end accounts and in the year-end closing and audit processes
•Perform tax accounting activities and prepare tax returns (Bulgarian VAT, income tax, tax on dividends, tax on director fees)
•Prepare the legal and regulatory reporting as well as the weekly cash flow report
•Prepare and check payments
•Follow-up of foreign currencies position

•Degree in Accounting
•At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Bulgaria (ideally within a commercial company or a tax and accounting firm)
•Fluency in English is a must – a (very) good level in French is also foreseen
•PC literate
•Knowledge of Bulgarian GAAP
•Knowledge of VAT and of Income Tax matters
•Rigorous, very well organised, good communication skills
•Ability to prioritise and to work independently

Personal Assistant (m/f)
• Answering telephone
• Day to day secretarial support: create & review documents, presentations
• Files management and maintenance (opening, follow-up, keeping sorted)
• Diary management
• Organisation of business trips including travel arrangements
• Maintain client database up to date
• Back-up for reception

• Mid-level position with at least 2 years of experience ideally with another corporate and trust company
• Secretarial degree
• Excellent presentation and professional approach
• Fluent (written and spoken) in Bulgarian, English and French is an asset
• Excellent knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Organized and rigorous
• Proactive, able to take initiatives
• Team player but also able to work independently
